Woodworking saw blade processing methods and techniques

Precautions for playing with wood: Due to its light weight and high speed, when used handheld, the stability is difficult to control due to vibration. Especially as the propulsion speed increases, control becomes more difficult. The result is that the cutting surface is not good, and the tool may even run out of material or become detached. The chainsaw may also bounce when it rotates clockwise.

If the rotation speed is too fast, the advancement speed will be too fast, and the cutting surface will be uneven and rough. During the cutting process, the friction between the blade surface and the cutting surface will cause the temperature to rise, causing the cutting surface to carbonize (blacken), and even burn out the movement. The service life of saw blades will also be reduced due to high temperatures. Stability control is especially noticeable when cutting hardwood. Hardly useful for angle cuts.

There should be no foreign matter in the panel, such as iron nails, iron filings, etc. Otherwise, the result is often: the knife falls off the teeth; therefore, when cutting wood, the main factors that affect safety are: stability, cooling speed and no foreign matter. The above problems are difficult to solve with the user's caution and experience alone. So relying on auxiliary tools is the right way to solve these problems. The stone can be cut and processed at different depths, and stones below 1m3 can be processed, which can be cherished, greatly saving stone resources, and also conducive to environmental protection. It can be used for cutting and processing of various types of stone, with high processing efficiency. Coupled with the effective use of small stones, the production cost is low.

Replacement of wheels should be done by a dedicated person and should not be struck with a hammer. Tighten the wheel clamping screws with even force. After the communication, the first test is done and it can work only if it runs normally. The maximum speed of the grinding wheel shall not exceed the specified speed of the grinding wheel. When in use, when clamping the workpiece, the pressure should be uniform and no force should be applied. Do not grind large objects to prevent the grinding wheel from bursting due to improper pressure. Small workpieces should be clamped and ground with a clamp to avoid hurting the hands. A grinding wheel cannot be used by two people at the same time.

Ordinary grinding wheels cannot grind carbide, nor can they grind ductile materials such as copper, lead, wood, and plastic. Water cooling should be used when grinding ferrous metal workpieces. Do not pile objects next to the grinder, cut off the power supply at any time after use, and do a good job of cleaning.
