Check the concentration and amount of the emulsified cutting fluid in the worm gear box and water tank (components: high-level water tank, water storage tank, low-level water tank) of the horizontal band saw from time to time. According to the structure, they are divided into horizontal band saws and vertical band saws. The horizontal type is divided into scissor-type, double-column and single-column band saws.

3. Regularly organize the cleaning of the parts and lubrication organization to keep the entire oil circuit unobstructed and leak-free.
