5. When installing alloy saw blades, it is necessary to check whether the alloy saw blades are cracked, distorted, leveled, or lost teeth before installation.

6. The teeth of the alloy saw blade are super hard and sharp, and it is forbidden to collide or fall to the ground. It must be handled with care.

7. After installing the alloy saw blade, it is necessary to confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table, and if there is a gasket, the gasket must be set; then, gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm the rotation of the saw blade Whether it shakes eccentrically.

8. The cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the alloy saw blade must be aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly forbidden to install in the opposite direction, as installation in the wrong direction will lead to tooth loss.

9. Pre-rotation time: After replacing the alloy saw blade, it needs to be pre-rotated for one minute before use, so that the saw table can enter the working state before cutting.

10. Before cutting, it must be confirmed whether the use of the alloy saw blade is consistent with the material being cut.

11. When cutting material, the saw blade in normal operation must be gently cut into the material, and strong pressure and hard pushing are prohibited.

12. Reversal is prohibited. Reversal will cause tooth loss and cause danger.

13. When you hear abnormal sound during use, see abnormal shaking, or uneven cutting surface, please stop the operation immediately, find out the cause of the abnormality, and replace the saw blade.

14. When cutting, it is forbidden to suddenly stop the saw blade in the middle of the cut object. Stopping in the middle of the cutting object will cause the teeth to fall off and the saw blade to deform.

15. Please wipe anti-rust oil in time after cutting. To prevent the saw blade from rusting.

16. When the sawtooth is not sharp, you need to grind the sawtooth again. You must take it to the grinding shop designated by the manufacturer or a shop with grinding technology. Otherwise, the original angle of the sawtooth will be damaged, the cutting accuracy will be affected, and the service life of the saw blade will be shortened.
