1. Sharp tooth milling cutter
A narrow margin is ground on the flank to form a relief angle. Due to the reasonable cutting angle, its life is relatively high. The tooth back of the sharp-tooth milling cutter has three forms: straight line, curved line and broken line. Straight backs are often used for fine-toothed finishing milling cutters. The teeth with curved and broken line tooth backs have better strength and can withstand heavy cutting loads, and are often used in coarse-toothed milling cutters.
2. Shovel tooth milling cutter
The back of it is processed into the tooth back of the Archimedes spiral by shoveling (or shovel grinding). After the milling cutter is blunt, it only needs to regrind the front to keep the original tooth shape unchanged. It is used to manufacture gear milling cutters, etc. Various form milling cutters.
